- Order details: your name, email address, and the vehicle information you submit (such as VIN, lot number, and auction listing links) when you order a report.
- Account and membership information: your email address and subscription status when you purchase a membership.
- Communications: the contents of emails or messages you send us.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number and full payment details are provided directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive limited information from Stripe such as your email, payment status, and a customer reference ID. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics data: pages visited, time on page, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and traffic source, collected through Google Analytics.
- Session data: anonymized interaction data such as clicks, scrolls, and mouse movement, and session replays, collected through Microsoft Clarity to help us improve the Site.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used by the analytics services above to distinguish visitors and measure Site usage.
2. How We Use Your Information

- To manage your membership, including access, renewals, and cancellation
- To send transactional emails such as order confirmations, report delivery, and membership notices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

- Opt out of marketing emails (we currently send transactional emails only)
