Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of autoauctionscore.com (the "Site") and the vehicle intelligence reports, memberships, and related services we provide (the "Services"), operated by AutoAuctionScore ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. What Our Services Are — and Are Not
AutoAuctionScore provides informational research reports about salvage and auction vehicles listed on platforms such as Copart and IAA. Our reports compile publicly available information, photo-based analysis, auction history, and market data into an assessment intended to help you research a vehicle before bidding.
Important: Our reports are opinions and estimates based on available information. They are not a mechanical inspection, a vehicle history guarantee, an appraisal, or professional, financial, or legal advice. We have not physically inspected any vehicle. Actual vehicle condition, repair costs, resale values, and auction outcomes may differ substantially from any estimate in a report. All bidding and purchasing decisions are made at your own risk.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Copart, IAA, or any auction platform, vehicle manufacturer, or data provider referenced in our reports.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.
3. Products, Pricing, and Billing

- Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change; changes apply to future purchases and renewal periods, not past ones.
- Memberships renew automatically each month until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the end of the current billing period.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
4. Refund Policy
- Reports are digital products prepared individually for your request. Once a report has been delivered, the sale is final and not eligible for refund.
- Trial purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
- Duplicate charges, billing errors, and orders we are unable to fulfill will be refunded in full.
- Membership cancellations are not retroactive: canceling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
- If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at reports.autoauctionscore@gmail.com before disputing it with your card issuer — most issues can be resolved quickly.
5. How Reports Are Delivered
Reports are prepared after your order is received and are delivered by email to the address you provide. Delivery times vary based on order volume and the availability of listing information. Providing an incorrect email address or incomplete vehicle information may delay or prevent delivery.
6. License and Acceptable Use
When you purchase a report, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own vehicle research. You agree not to:
- Resell, republish, or redistribute reports or any substantial portion of them
- Use the Services to build a competing product or dataset
- Access the Services using automated tools (scraping, bots) without written permission
- Share membership access with others
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section, without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site, reports, report formats, scoring methodology, branding, and the marks "Auto Auction Score" and "Know Your Score Before You Bid™" are owned by us. Vehicle listing data, photographs, and trademarks referenced in reports belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and research purposes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY REPORT IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY VEHICLE WILL PERFORM, APPRAISE, OR RESELL AS ESTIMATED.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY BIDDING OR PURCHASING DECISION — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 1, 4, and 6–10) survive.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
